Crockett Row Parking

To make parking easier and safer for Crockett Row guests, Crockett Row parking garages are exclusively for use for guests immediately patronizing a Crockett Row establishment.

For your safety, we have installed touchless parking ticket dispensers at all five of the Crockett Row parking garages for contactless entry. The new touchless ticket dispenser is activated by motion and patrons should wave their hand in front of the senor to dispense a ticket.

Parking Garage Guidelines:

  • 4 Hours FREE parking with validation at a Crockett Row Merchant
  • +1 hour by visiting additional Crockett Row merchants after the initial
    validation

Guests parking in Crockett Row garages to visit any other area restaurants or bars, at any point, will be subject to a $20 non-validation fee. Payment is by credit card only.

Valet Parking for Crockett Row Patrons – $7.00 (credit card only):
2900 block of Crockett Street
Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m – 11 p.m
Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 2:30 a.m

Vehicles left after valet’s operating hours may be picked-up the following day after 11 a.m. and will be assessed a $20.00 fee.

While we retain the right to tow overnight vehicles, we typically target vehicles that are left (abandoned) for several nights.

What are Crockett Row’s parking options?

Crockett Row has 5 private garages exclusively for use of Crockett Row patrons. Valet parking is also available at the at 2900 block of Crockett Street exclusively for use of Crockett Row patrons. Additionally, lot parking is available at Farrington Field or the City of Fort Worth Metered parking. Please see below for additional information.

  • Each additional Crockett Row merchant validation adds an additional hour of validation
  • Non-validated tickets and those over the validation period are charged $20
  • Parking in the Crockett Row garages is intended solely for those visiting the shopping center and is not a public parking garage.

Can I park at Crockett Row overnight?

Cars left in the Crockett Row garages overnight will be towed or are subject to a $20 exit fee, at our discretion.

How much does it cost to park?

Crockett Row patrons receive 4 hours free parking with immediate validation at a Crockett Row merchant. (A directory of eligible merchants is available HERE.) Patrons can validate at each Crockett Row merchant after initial validation for an additional hour. Patrons parking in Crockett Row garages to visit any other area restaurants or bars, at any point, are subject to  towing or  to a $20 non-validation fee, at our discretion.

How do I validate my parking ticket?

Each Crockett Row merchant is equipped with a ticket validation scanner. Please request a host or store attendant to validate your ticket upon patronizing Crockett Row establishments.

Why is Crockett Row parking only available for Crockett Row patrons?

Crockett Row was built with privately-owned garages to accommodate Crockett Row customers, tenants, employees and the apartment residents of the Lofts. While we have been happy to support the overall West 7th district with parking over the years, we do not have the capacity to continue to provide parking for non-Crockett Row merchants.

Does Crockett Row have parking facilities for the handicapped and physically impaired?

Yes, each Crockett Row parking garage contains accessible parking spaces.
